Succession Planning & Board Reporting: Led global succession planning at a 12K-employee organization for the Chief People Officer. Directed plan updates for ~75 critical roles, resulting in YoY gains in successor readiness and diversity. Upskilled ~50 HRBPs through scenario-based training, established metrics and PowerBI dashboards, and drove board reporting.
Global Talent Review Process: Co-led the design of an enterprise-wide Talent Review process. Crafted the strategy, updated definitions of "top talent" and "potential", proposed a Workday solution, and created enablement tools—including a 9-box, development recommendations, personas, and a conversation guide—to elevate the quality of talent discussions.
Health Insurance Web Redesign: Managed digital initiatives for one of the largest U.S. health insurers, including the redesign and launch of its member website – improving the user experience, provider search, and cost estimation capabilities for 11M members.
Health Insurance Product Development: Program managed the annual product development cycle, overseeing 50+ cross-functional stakeholders to design new plan offerings. Defined program structure and drove timelines, budget, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment.
Emergency Communications Programs: Advanced national emergency communications readiness by helping design a $50M grant program, writing reports to Congress, developing operational plans, and facilitating public safety interviews and stakeholder summits.
Environmental Certification: Led compliance reporting for the EPA Superfund program, producing biannual certifications and quarterly reports tied to $150M+ in settlements. Developed reporting tools and process improvements for regional agencies.
CPG System Implementation: Delivered comprehensive change management for a national maintenance and procurement system implementation at a $4B CPG company (9K employees), including adoption planning, ~450 hours of training to 750+ users, and targeted communications across 7 plants.
Practice & People Leadership: Served on the leadership team for a 200-person Business Advisory practice, with the aim of improving consultant engagement, development, and performance. Served as a People Leader for consultants and talent managers, sharing feedback, coaching & mentoring, and participating in performance and talent reviews.
Career Framework Redesign: Drove discovery and redesign of the career framework to clarify expectations and career paths for nearly 10K consultants. Conducted executive interviews, consultant focus groups, and SteerCo workshops to inform recommendations. Proposed a new job architecture, competency model, and behaviors to support growth and mobility.
Future-Focused Talent Strategy: Advanced early strategic thinking on successor development and talent forecasting through self-directed research on leadership assessment and workforce planning. Attended annual i4cp conferences on human capital trends and future of work to shape our team's priorities.
CPG Enterprise Planning: Served as strategic advisor to a VP at a $24B U.S. foodservice distributor (25K employees) who was establishing a new enterprise planning function. Designed a change strategy, authored SteerCo communications, and built deployment tools to improve initiative coordination and effectiveness.
